Yummy Spinach Meatloaf

My whole family loves this:
16 ounces ground beef (veal or turkey)
1 cup spinach, chopped
1 cup onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
4 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
4 Tbsp. no-salt-added tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place the meat, spinach, onion, garlic, cayenne, and parsley in the bowl of a food processor and blend.  Press into a mini loaf pan and glaze the top with the tomato sauce.  Bake for  45 min to 1 hour.
