I usually triple this recipe and place in a quart jar:
1 cup dried minced onion
1/3 cup chili powder
2 Tbsp. cumin (I add a little extra…we love cumin)
4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. oregano
4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
Combine all ingredients and store in a cool, dry place.
Use about 1 Tbsp. per lb of meat. Use more if you like extra flavor…we do.
